Comparative transcriptome analysis of leaves of sour jujube seedlings under salt stress

Sour jujube is a tree species native to China, which has often been used as the rootstock for propagation of other cultivars jujube. In addition, its fruit can be in practice traditional Chinese medicine. Thus, sour regarded highly valuable plant scientifically and ecologically. mostly planted Northwest China extremely high salt tolerance. However, molecular mechanism tolerance yet fully understood. This study was carried out Laboratory Agricultural College Dalian Nationalities University. Two treatments were performed on leaves seedlings with experimental group (H3) being treated by 300 mM NaCl 3 h, control (CK) sterile water h. A total 47.02 GB valid data 32,730 annotated genes obtained. Based gene expression comparison group, 2295 significantly differentially expressed (DEGs) obtained, 807 1488 upregulated downregulated, respectively. According function annotation enrichment analysis, 148 are mainly involved signal transduction hormones (38), homeostasis cell walls (27), secondary metabolism organic matter (32), redox reactions (20) under stress. Among these DEGs, some stress-related transcription factors (31) also identified. stress, raffinose family oligosaccharide (RFO) found greatly accelerated. By investigating responses our provides scientific basis cultivation saline-alkali land, beneficial further improvement grafted trees.
